Return Policy :

KhetiBaadi offers a 2-day exchange/return policy, allowing you to request a replacement or return within 2 days of receiving your item. For exchanges or returns, please contact us at khetibaadi20@gmail.com

Exchanges and Returns

To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. The invoice must be provided at the time of return pickup. Once used, products are ineligible for exchange or return.

Exchanges and returns are only allowed in the following cases:

The product is damaged or you received the wrong item.

The product was not sealed properly at the time of delivery.

The product has expired by the time of delivery.

If your return is accepted, we will pick up the item from the same address, and you will be notified of the expected pick-up date.

For exchanges, the replacement product will be delivered within 3-5 days after the return pickup is completed.

In case of any delivery-related discrepancies, please reach out to us within 48 hours after the order has been marked as delivered.

Cancellation:

An order cancellation request will be accepted only if the product has not yet been shipped. If a cancellation request is accepted, you are entitled to a full refund. KhetiBaadi reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for various reasons, including but not limited to non-availability of stock, pricing errors, informational errors, or issues identified with the personal/financial details provided by the customer.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the receipt of your returned item and whether the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it generally takes around 5-7 days for the refund to reflect.
